EXPORT DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IT CLUSTER  “WAYNORD DEDICATED”

This project is implemented by the cluster coordinator UAB “Aciety”, which manages the platform www.aciety.com and the representative brand „Waynord“ (www.waynord.com) of the individual members of the cluster, united in the value chain.

The goal of the project is to bring together Lithuanian companies operating in the field of IT into the economic value chain, which will sell a jointly created service to target export markets and thus increase their export potential, income and profitability. The companies will develop a joint product of the cluster – “Waynord dedicated” export system of programming services of dedicated joint teams adapted to digital transformation. Project partners will jointly export programming services for digital transformation.

The main activities of the project are: recruitment of project employees in order to coordinate export activities, search for international partners and networks and prepare marketing tools (it is emphasized that only the companies and products participating in this project) and the recruitment of export managers (experts) in the project partner companies who will sell the product separately market segments. During the project, e-marketing services and research/study will be purchased.

The project is implemented in accordance with the Agreement, the progress measure of the Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Program of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, manager of the 2022-2030 development program no. 05-001-01-11-04 “Implement measures to promote the growth of export competitiveness” of the activity “Promoting the creation and growth of a network of export-oriented micro, small and medium-sized enterprises connected to a common value chain (central and western Lithuania region)”

The total value of the project is EUR 527,510, of which EUR 319,933 is allocated from the European Regional Development Fund.

The duration of the project implementation is 24 months.
